Upcoming Calls displays all scheduled calls from today forward. This is your daily/weekly call queue showing what outreach is planned.

What You'll See

All calls with:

  • Status: Scheduled
  • Date: Today or later
  • Sorted by date (earliest first)

Table columns:

  • Partner name
  • Scheduled date/time
  • Subject
  • Priority
  • Assigned to
  • Phone number
  • Actions

Using This View

Daily Call Queue

Check this view each morning to see:

  • Calls scheduled for today
  • Tomorrow's calls to prepare
  • This week's outreach plan

Preparing for Calls

  1. Review upcoming calls
  2. Read subject and purpose
  3. Check partner information
  4. Note phone number
  5. Review any previous call history
  6. Make the call at scheduled time
  7. Mark completed when done

Actions

  • Call Now: Quick link to make call (if today)
  • Complete: Mark as done
  • Reschedule: Move to different time
  • View Partner: See full partner details
  • Edit: Update call information

Filter Options

  • Date range (today, this week, this month)
  • Priority level
  • Assigned team member
  • Partner name search

Reminders

Upcoming calls with reminders enabled will notify you:

  • At specified minutes before (15, 30, 60 min)
  • Via system notification
  • Helps ensure calls aren't forgotten

Best Practices

  • Check Daily: Review upcoming queue each morning
  • Prepare Ahead: Read notes before scheduled time
  • Be Punctual: Call at scheduled time when possible
  • Mark Completed: Update status immediately after call
  • Reschedule Promptly: If can't make call, reschedule don't skip

Set your call schedule realistically. Don't over-schedule - leave buffer time between calls.
