Track scheduled calls that are past their scheduled time

Overview

Overdue Calls shows all scheduled calls with dates in the past that haven't been completed, rescheduled, or cancelled. These are calls you planned but didn't make yet.

What You'll See

All calls with:

  • Status: Scheduled
  • Date: Before today
  • Sorted by date (most overdue first)

Additional columns:

  • Days overdue
  • Original scheduled date/time
  • Partner name
  • Priority
  • Assigned to

Why Calls Become Overdue

  • Forgot the call
  • Too busy that day
  • Partner unavailable
  • Unexpected issues
  • Simply missed it

Taking Action

Process Overdue Calls

For each overdue call, choose:

  1. Complete Now: Make the call today and mark completed
  2. Reschedule: Set new date/time
  3. Cancel: If call no longer needed
  4. Mark Missed: If attempted but couldn't reach partner

Priority Handling

Handle by priority:

  • Urgent/High: Call immediately or reschedule for today
  • Medium: Reschedule within next 2-3 days
  • Low: Reschedule when convenient or cancel if not needed

Days Overdue Indicator

The system shows how many days past the scheduled date:

  • 🟢 1-3 days: Recently overdue
  • 🟡 4-7 days: Getting old
  • 🔴 8+ days: Significantly overdue

Best Practices

Daily Review

  • Check overdue queue every morning
  • Take action on each call
  • Don't let queue grow

Quick Decisions

  • If still relevant: Reschedule immediately
  • If not needed anymore: Cancel
  • If urgent: Call today

Prevent Overdue

  • Set realistic schedules
  • Enable call reminders
  • Check upcoming calls daily
  • Leave buffer time in schedule

Don't let calls stay overdue for weeks. Either reschedule them or cancel them - don't let the queue pile up.

Bulk Actions

If multiple calls overdue:

  1. Select calls for same partner
  2. Bulk reschedule to new date
  3. Or bulk cancel if campaign ended
