Overview
The Calls module helps you plan, track, and manage all phone communications with ministry partners. Schedule future calls, log past conversations, and analyze outreach effectiveness.
What You Can Do
- Call History: Record past calls and communications
- Scheduled Calls: Plan and manage future calls
- Upcoming Calls: View calls scheduled for today and beyond
- Overdue Calls: Track calls that missed their scheduled time
- Completed Calls: Review successfully finished calls
- Missed/Cancelled: See calls that didn't happen
- Call Reports: Analyze communication patterns and effectiveness
Call Types
Communication Types
- Phone call
- SMS
- Meeting (in-person)

Call Direction
- Outbound: You called the partner
- Inbound: Partner called you
Call Status Flow
Scheduled Calls
- Scheduled → Call planned for future date/time
- Completed → Call successfully finished
- Missed → Call didn't happen (no answer, forgot, etc.)
- Rescheduled → Moved to new date/time
- Cancelled → Call called off

Call Scheduling
- Set date, time, and duration
- Assign to team members
- Set priority (low, medium, high, urgent)

Call Logging
- Record outcome (completed, no answer, voicemail, busy, etc.)
- Note disposition (successful contact, left message, follow-up needed, etc.)

Priority Levels
- Urgent: Immediate attention required
- High: Important, schedule soon
- Medium: Standard priority
- Low: Can wait if needed
