View and manage all scheduled partner calls

Overview

Scheduled Calls shows all planned calls across all statuses - upcoming, overdue, completed, missed, and cancelled. This is your master view of all call scheduling.

What You'll See

  • Partner name and contact
  • Scheduled date and time
  • Duration
  • Subject and purpose
  • Priority (urgent, high, medium, low)
  • Status (scheduled, completed, missed, rescheduled, cancelled)
  • Assigned to (team member)
  • Phone number to call

Scheduling a Call

  1. Click Schedule Call
  2. Select partner (and specific contact if corporate)
  3. Set date and time
  4. Choose duration (minutes)
  5. Enter subject and purpose
  6. Set priority level
  7. Assign to team member
  8. Add phone number
  9. Set reminder (minutes before)
  10. Mark follow-up required if needed
  11. Save

Call Status

  • Scheduled: Planned for future
  • Completed: Successfully finished
  • Missed: Didn't happen as scheduled
  • Rescheduled: Moved to new time
  • Cancelled: Call called off

Priority Levels

  • Urgent: 🔴 Immediate attention
  • High: 🟠 Important
  • Medium: 🟡 Standard
  • Low: 🟢 Can wait

Actions

  • Complete: Mark call as done and log details
  • Reschedule: Move to new date/time
  • Cancel: Cancel the call
  • Edit: Update call details
  • Delete: Remove from system

Reminders

  • Set minutes before call (15, 30, 60, etc.)
  • System sends reminder notification
  • Tracks if reminder was sent

Search and Filter

  • Search partner name
  • Filter by status
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by priority
  • Filter by assigned team member
  • Sort by date, priority, or partner

Best Practices

  • Set Realistic Times: Allow enough duration
  • Add Context: Include purpose in subject
  • Use Priorities: Mark urgent calls appropriately
  • Assign Clearly: Specify who makes the call
  • Enable Reminders: Set for important calls
  • Update Promptly: Mark completed or reschedule immediately
