Overview

The Partner Status Report provides a comprehensive view of your partner database health. Track active, inactive, suspended, and pending partners, monitor growth trends, and identify partners requiring attention.

What Data Is Shown

This report includes five key visualizations:

Status Distribution

Visualization: Donut Chart

Shows the breakdown of all partners by status:

  • Active - Engaged partners in good standing
  • Inactive - Partners who haven't engaged recently
  • Suspended - Partners temporarily removed from active communication
  • Pending - New partners awaiting approval or verification

Center Display: Total partner count

Use Case: Quick health check of partner database.

New Partners Trend

Visualization: Line Chart

Tracks new partner additions over time:

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly grouping
  • Growth trend line
  • Comparison to previous period

Use Case: Monitor recruitment effectiveness and identify growth patterns.

Partner Growth (Cumulative)

Visualization: Area Chart

Shows total partner count growth over time:

  • Cumulative sum of all partners
  • Smooth gradient fill
  • Historical growth trajectory

Use Case: Visualize long-term organizational growth.

Key Performance Indicators

Visualization: KPI Cards

Displays critical metrics:

  • Total Partners - Overall count
  • Active Percentage - % of partners in active status
  • New This Month - Partners added in current month
  • Growth Rate - Month-over-month percentage change

Use Case: At-a-glance dashboard metrics.

30-Day Growth Trend

Visualization: Sparkline

Compact line chart showing partner count trend over the last 30 days.

Use Case: Quick visual indicator of recent growth direction.

How to Use Filters

Date Range Selection

Filter data by time period:

  • Last 7 Days - Weekly snapshot
  • Last 30 Days - Monthly view
  • This Month - Current month-to-date
  • This Quarter - Quarterly performance
  • This Year - Year-to-date growth
  • Custom Range - Specific start and end dates

Compare "This Month" to "Last Month" to calculate monthly growth rate and identify trends.

Campus Filter

Analyze status distribution by campus:

  • Individual campus view
  • Multiple campus comparison
  • Organization-wide summary

Status Filter

Focus on specific statuses:

  • Active only
  • Inactive partners
  • Suspended accounts
  • Pending approvals

To see only partners needing attention, filter for "Inactive" or "Pending" status.

Understanding the Charts

Reading the Donut Chart (Status Distribution)

Center Number: Total partner count across all statuses

Segments:

  • Green - Active partners (healthy)
  • Yellow - Inactive partners (needs attention)
  • Red - Suspended partners (blocked)
  • Blue - Pending partners (awaiting action)

Tooltips: Hover to see count and percentage

Example: "Active: 650 (79%)" means 650 active partners out of 818 total.

Healthy Benchmarks:

  • Active: 70-85%
  • Inactive: 10-20%
  • Suspended: Less than 5%
  • Pending: Less than 10%

Reading the Line Chart (New Partners Trend)

X-Axis: Time period (dates)

Y-Axis: Number of new partners added

Line: Connects data points to show trend

Patterns to Look For:

  • Upward Trend - Growing recruitment
  • Downward Trend - Declining additions (investigate)
  • Spikes - Major events or campaigns
  • Valleys - Slow periods

Example: A spike in March might indicate a successful outreach event.

Reading the Area Chart (Cumulative Growth)

X-Axis: Time period (dates)

Y-Axis: Total partner count

Filled Area: Cumulative sum of all partners

What It Shows:

  • Overall growth trajectory
  • Acceleration or deceleration points
  • Historical milestones

Example: Starting at 500 in January and reaching 818 in December shows 318 net additions.

Reading KPI Cards

Each card displays:

  • Large Number - Current metric value
  • Trend Indicator - Up/down arrow with percentage
  • Comparison - vs previous period

Example:

  • Total Partners: 818
  • Active %: 79% ↑ 2%
  • New This Month: 42 ↓ 5%
  • Growth Rate: 5.4% ↑ 1.2%

Common Use Cases

Monthly Health Check

  1. Open Partner Status Report
  2. Set date range to "This Month"
  3. Review KPI cards for key metrics
  4. Check Active % (target: 75%+)
  5. Note new partner count
  6. Compare to previous month

Action Items:

  • If Active % Less than 70%, launch re-engagement campaign
  • If new partners Less than target, review recruitment efforts

Identifying Inactive Partners

  1. Open Partner Status Report
  2. Review donut chart for Inactive percentage
  3. Click "Inactive" segment (if interactive)
  4. Export list of inactive partners
  5. Plan re-engagement outreach

Tracking Growth After Campaigns
