Accurate Data Entry
Demographics are only as accurate as the data entered. Ensure partner records are complete and up-to-date for reliable insights.
Tips:
- Encourage partners to complete profile information
- Run data quality reports to find missing demographic fields
- Update records during regular partner communication
Troubleshooting
Charts Show No Data
Possible Causes:
- No partners match current filters
- Selected date range is too narrow
- Selected campus has no partners
Solutions:
- Remove all filters and try again
- Expand date range to "All Time"
- Check if partners exist in selected campus
Unexpected Demographics
Possible Causes:
- Data entry errors
- Outdated records
- Missing information
Solutions:
- Export data to Excel for manual review
- Check specific partner records for accuracy
- Run data quality report to identify incomplete profiles
Export Takes Too Long
Possible Causes:
- Large dataset (thousands of partners)
- Complex filters applied
Solutions:
- Use CSV export instead of Excel for large datasets
- Apply filters to reduce dataset size
- Export by campus instead of all at once
